SPICED APPLE CIDER

This fall seasonal cider gives us a chance to use your favorite Honey Crisp apples in a cocktail!  Mix this up at your next holiday gathering with your choice of Vodka, Whiskey or Apple Jack, Top Hat Original Ginger Beer Syrup, Apple Cider, *Winter Spiced Bitters, Hot Water, Sliced Apples, Whole Cloves & a Cinnamon Stick!

SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL PERCOLATOR FORMULA
1.5 OZ VODKA or WHISKEY or APPLE JACK (or Alcohol-Free Whiskey Alternative) 5 LITERS
1 OZ TOP HAT ORIGINAL GINGER BEER SYRUP & BATCHING MIX 3 QTS
3 OZ HOT APPLE CIDER OR JUICE 9 QTS
3 DASHES
*HOUSE-MADE HOT TODDY BITTERS
2 OZ
1 OZ HOT WATER 3 QTS
GARNISH SLICED APPLES, WHOLE CLOVES & CINNAMON STICKS GARNISH

*Winter Spiced Bitters - soak 1 cup cinnamon sticks, 2 tbsp. whole All Spice Nuts & 1 tablespoon of whole cloves in a combination of 8oz of Angostura Aromatic Bitters + 8oz of Orange Bitters.  Steep for at least 2 days and strain.  Ready to use!

LARGE BATCHES MUST BE HEATED AND KEPT HOT IN A COFFEE PERCOLATOR!
