The Toddy Bear is a fun holiday cocktail and a fun spin on the classic Hot Toddy combining Teddy Graham infused Whiskey, Top Hat Spicy Ginger Beer Syrup & Mule Batching Mix, Fresh Lemon, Hot Water, Cloves & Cinnamon. 

SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL PERCOLATOR FORMULA
1.5 OZ *TEDDY GRAHAM INFUSED WHISKEY 5 LITERS
1 OZ TOP HAT SPICY GINGER BEER SYRUP & MULE BATCHING MIX 3 LITERS
.25 OZ LEMON JUICE 32 OZ
3 DASHES
**HOUSE-MADE HOT TODDY BITTERS
2 OZ
6 OZ HOT WATER 10 LITERS
GARNISH DRIED CITRUS WHEEL WITH SOME TEDDY GRAHAMS RIDING ON THE SAFE PLATFORM & A WHOLE LONG CINNAMON STICK  GARNISH

*Teddy Graham Infused Whiskey (per liter) - pour out 1 liter of Whiskey into a large 4 quart container & add 2 cups of Teddy Grahams cereal per 1 liter of Whiskey.  Let soak overnight.  Fine strain through a tea strainer several times to get out the soggy bits.

**House-made Tiki Bitters - soak 1 cup cinnamon sticks & 1 tablespoon of whole WHOLE CLOVES in 16oz of Angostura Aromatic Bitters for 2 days and strain.  Ready to use!
