We started batching small kegs of ginger beer to serve Moscow Mules on draft in an effort to keep up with the fans at Coachella Music Festival in 2011. After four years of handcrafting ginger beer on the road at music festivals all over the country, we have found a home on the edge of San Francisco to properly batch, bottle, label & package our delicious ginger beer so we can ship it to loyal bars, restaurants, festival fans & home bars all over the world.

Top Hat Ginger Beer is made from: Organic Ginger Extract, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Citric Acid & filtered water. We must use one artificial preservative to ensure safety and longevity and consistently provide the most stable & delicious product possible.
Our craft concentrate is available in 375ml bottles, 1 Liter bottles & 3-gallon Bag-in-a-Box units to activate soda gun systems.
Top Hat mixes 1:5 with club soda to make the perfect ginger beer or 1:4 with club soda and 1.5oz of Vodka to make the perfect Moscow Mule. More great recipes are available for your mixing pleasure!
