The Farmstand Lemonade is your zero-proof anchor — a clean, bright, non-alcoholic lemonade keg built for event and catering service. Top Hat Lemonade Concentrate delivers a consistent, balanced sweet-tart profile that holds pour to pour. Add fresh-pressed lemon juice for an elevated single-origin character.
Every event program needs a zero-proof anchor that drinks like a real beverage — not an afterthought. The Farmstand Lemonade runs on N₂ for a smooth, still pour that works at weddings, corporate programs, family events, and any mixed-audience service. It also pairs perfectly as a mixer for spirits add-ons at the bar.
Batch Method
- Add 5 qts Top Hat Lemonade Concentrate to a clean 5-gallon Cornelius keg.
- Add 32 oz fresh pressed lemon juice if using.
- Top off with cold filtered water to 5-gallon volume (approx 13–14 qts depending on whether fresh juice was added).
- Seal the keg and shake vigorously side to side for 2 full minutes.
- Pressurize with N₂. See instructions below.
- Refrigerate minimum 12 hours before first service.
- Serve ~6 oz over ice. Garnish with sliced or dehydrated lemon.
- Reshake twice daily to re-integrate ingredients.
Pro move: This batch also runs great with a spirits add-on program — offer vodka, gin, or bourbon pours at the bar and let guests build their own hard lemonade. Doubles the value of the keg with no extra batching. If running the fresh lemon version, squeeze day-of for maximum brightness.
- Seal the keg and shake vigorously side to side for 2 full minutes.
- Connect gray/silver Cornelius "gas in" connector to GAS IN plug on keg lid.
- Set N₂ regulator to 12–15 psi.
- Pull up pressure release ring 3 times quickly to cycle gas through keg.
- Test flow. Reduce to 10–12 psi if pouring too fast.
- Reshake twice daily before service to re-integrate all ingredients.
