Refund policy
At Top Hat Provisions, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we've got you covered! Here’s how our return process works:
1. Love It or Let Us Know
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply email us at support@tophatprovisions.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. (please include your order number if possible)
2. Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns on any:
- Unopened items
- Damaged goods
- Unsatisfactory products that don’t meet your expectations
Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
3. Return Process
Once we receive your return request, we’ll process it within 2-3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped yet, simply contact us. We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
