FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS IN THE US!
- We are pleased to offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders less than a full 12 pack case within the United States!
- We offer FREE UPS Ground on all full 12 pack case orders and 3 gallon soda bib orders within the United States!
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification.
Local In-Store Pickup
You can skip shipping fees by choosing free local pickup at our store located at 99 N Hill Dr, Brisbane, CA 94005. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 1 business day (and often within an hour during business hours). We will send an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days after your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at orders@tophatprovisions.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. This applies to all full 12-pack case and 3-gallon soda bib orders, which are shipped via UPS.
