Frosé (aka Frose & Froze) has become a wonderfully popular low abv Rosé wine based frozen cocktail option to batch for frozen drink machines.  Our recipe was #festivalborn at Bottlerock Napa Music Festival in 2017.  Our handcrafted ultra-premium Top Hat Lemonade Mix & Batching Concentrate is ideal as the sour citrus base for batching pitchers, gallons or kegs of lemonade, collins, sours, & hundreds of other citrus based recipes for draft cocktail systems & frozen margarita machines.  

SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL KEG FORMULA
5 OZ ROSÉ WINE 14 - 750ml btls
1.5 OZ TOP HAT LEMONADE MIX & BATCHING CONCENTRATE 4 BTLS
.5 OZ STRAWBERRY PUREÉ 48 OZ
ICE IN BLENDER WATER 3 QTS
GARNISH SLICED STRAWBERRY GARNISH


IMPORTANT: MOST FROZEN DRINK MACHINES ONLY HOLD 6 - 10 QTS OF MIX IN THE HOLDING TANK. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERFILL THE HOLDING TANK. WE SUGGEST MAKING 5 GALLON BATCHES AND KEEPING THE EXTRA UNUSED BATCH IN COLD STORAGE TO REFILL THE HOLDING TANK IN THE FROZEN MARGARITA MACHINE AS NEEDED!

DON'T FORGET TO SHAKE OR STIR YOUR BATCH THOROUGHLY FOR A FULL MINUTE BEFORE YOU REFILL THE HOLDING TANK!!
