FROZEN PALOMA

We elevated the legendary Paloma with hibiscus & ruby grapefruit to provide a symphony of color, acidity, tea tanins & culinary intention.  This is the frozen version of one of our best and most popular cocktails!  Hopefully it will light up your legendary home bar blender or frozen cocktail machine ASAP!

SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL KEG FORMULA
2 OZ TEQUILA or ALCOHOL FREE AGAVE SPIRIT ALTERNATIVE 5 LITERS
6 OZ TOP HAT FLOR DE PALOMA MIX -
- TOP HAT RUBY GO WILD PALOMA BATCHING CONCENTRATE 5 BTLS
4 OZ WATER 9 QTS
- NO2 GAS
GARNISH FRESH LIME WHEEL & CHILE SALT (OPTIONAL) GARNISH

 

For a single blended Paloma, add all ingredients plus 1 cup of ice and blend on medium for 10 seconds!!

For Frozen Cocktail Machines, be sure to shake or stir the 5 gallon batch thoroughly for 1 full minute before transferring into the machine.  Most machines only hold 4 to 10 quarts of liquid, so be careful not to overfill.  The entire 5 gallon batch will NOT fit in the machine.
