Method

  1. Fill a copper mug or Collins glass with fresh ice.
  2. Add 1.5 oz Mezcal.
  3. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.
  4. Top with 5 oz Top Hat Craft Ginger Beer (or 1 oz syrup + 4 oz sparkling water).
  5. Stir once gently. Garnish with fresh mint and a lime wheel.
