SINGLE INGREDIENT 5 GAL KEG FORMULA
.75 OZ GIN (or Top Hat Alcohol Free Gin Spirit) 2 LITERS
.75 OZ Campari 2 LITERS
.75 OZ Sweet Vermouth 2 LITERS
1 OZ TOP HAT CLASSIC TONIC SYRUP 3 QT BTLS
.5 OZ STRAWBERRY PUREÉ 48 OZ
.25 OZ COCONUT CREAM 24 OZ
SPLASH WATER 7 QTS
GARNISH SLICED ORANGE OR STRAWBERRY GARNISH


IMPORTANT: MOST FROZEN DRINK MACHINES ONLY HOLD 6 - 10 QTS OF MIX IN THE HOLDING TANK. BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERFILL THE HOLDING TANK. WE SUGGEST MAKING 5 GALLON BATCHES AND KEEPING THE EXTRA UNUSED BATCH IN COLD STORAGE TO REFILL THE HOLDING TANK IN THE FROZEN MARGARITA MACHINE AS NEEDED!
