One of the most popular cocktails we ever served at festivals. The Sun Goddess is floral, citrusy, and endlessly refreshing — cucumber, lemonade, elderflower, and vodka on draft. This batch was designed for high-volume service and holds beautifully for 90 days refrigerated.

Gas CO₂
Built for festival and event service. This batch was one of the most requested cocktails at every event it appeared. Floral, light, and completely crowd-proof. Zero proof version works just as well on draft.
Batch Method
- Add Vodka (or zero proof Gin), Lillet Blanc (or aperitif alternative), and elderflower to a clean 5-gallon Cornelius keg.
- Add cucumber juice and Top Hat Lemonade Concentrate.
- Top with cold filtered water to 5-gallon volume.
- Seal the keg and shake vigorously side to side for 2 full minutes.
- Pressurize with CO₂. See panel below.
- Refrigerate minimum 12 hours before first service.
- Serve ~6 oz over ice in Collins glass. Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint.
Pro tip: Fresh-press cucumber juice day-of for the brightest flavor. If batching ahead, the cucumber note mellows slightly over 24 hours but becomes more integrated and smooth.
🌀 CO₂ Pressurization — Carbonated Cocktail
- Seal the keg and shake vigorously for 2 full minutes.
- Connect CO₂ to gas-in port. Set regulator to 10–12 psi.
- Vent and re-pressurize 2–3 times to carbonate.
- Refrigerate overnight minimum.
- Serve at 10 psi. Adjust flow rate as needed.
