Method

  1. Fill a Collins or highball glass completely with fresh ice.
  2. Add 1.5 oz vodka or spirit of choice.
  3. Add 1.5 oz zero proof spirit alternative.
  4. Add 1 oz Concord red grape juice.
  5. Add 0.25 oz fresh lime juice (or a large squeeze).
  6. Add 1 oz Top Hat Original Ginger Beer Syrup.
  7. Top with 6 oz Top Hat Craft Ginger Beer.
  8. Top with 5 oz Top Hat Club Soda or fresh sparkling water from your soda maker, poured slowly down the side.
  9. Give a gentle stir to integrate without killing the bubbles.
  10. Garnish with a sliced lime—optional fresh mint for extra lift.
