I carefully open the cardboard protective box, pop open the outer cap on the three gallon heavy plastic bag and pull out (with pliers) and throw away the inner plastic seal thing and carefully pour a gallon of this syrup blend into my pitcher with a lid and I store it in my fridge. I put the outer cap back on the plastic bag spout and I store the other two gallons with the cap lying at the very top of the bag in a drawer in my fridge so that it doesn't spill. Cheers!

The East India tonic syrup makes the best tonic water hands down. I have friends ask me for it and even turned on some of the restaurants we frequent a lot to it. I've been a customer for a few years and intend to continue.

2 oz. syrup, 2 oz. gin, 5 oz. seltzer in 12 oz. glass with ice to rim. Yum. And who needs a soda machine? Nozzle attaches easily and works great.

I got the three gallon East India box and it's perfect. If you get it for home use make sure you have a nozzle adapter to get it out of the bag. I have a glass every day!
