I run the mixology department for a major catering company in the US. My team was turned on to Shanes products through working with a bartender that had batched with the margarita mix previously. Its UNBELIEVABLE!! It makes our lives so much easier. We had been breaking agave and mixing with fresh lime for so long. Now this makes a perfect margarita. I was nervous at first without using any fresh lime but honestly it doesn't need it.
