Top Hat is my go-to tonic syrup. When I discovered that there was a sugar free version made with monks fruit, I was intrigued and decided to try it out. Well, it is delicious! Crisp and tart, incredibly flavorful, Top Hat's Tonic syrup is a wonderful addition to my Sodastream seltzer. I add a squeeze of lime and some ice to make a refreshing drink with or without gin.
